Visiting our office
Our office is on Coby Paddock, a quiet residential street about ten minutes from the A-road. There is free on-street parking. If you are coming by train, the nearest station is a 15-minute taxi ride away. Let us know when you plan to visit and we will send detailed directions by email.

Frequently asked questions
How much do your programmes cost?
Pricing depends on the programme type, group size and whether we deliver on-site or remotely. As a rough guide, our four-day new manager induction starts at £2,400 per participant for groups of six to eight. We provide a detailed quote after the initial consultation call, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Can you deliver training remotely?
Yes. We moved all our programmes online during 2020 and have kept the option since. Remote sessions run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, whichever your organisation already uses. We find that coaching calls work just as well remotely, though we recommend in-person delivery for the senior leadership intensive because of the group exercises involved.
What is the minimum group size?
We need at least four participants for a group programme to work well. The maximum is eight. If you have fewer than four managers to train, we can arrange individual coaching instead, or we can combine your participants with those from another non-competing organisation.
How far in advance should we book?
We typically need four to six weeks of lead time. That gives us enough room for the diagnostic meeting, programme design and scheduling. If you have an urgent need, call us and we will see what we can do.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of completion from Expertly Management Consulting. For the new manager induction, the learning content aligns with CMI Level 3 frameworks, so participants can apply it towards formal CMI qualifications if they register separately with the Chartered Management Institute.
Office hours and response times
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We do not work weekends or UK bank holidays.
Phone calls during office hours are answered directly by a team member. If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail and we will return your call the same day.
Emails sent during office hours usually get a reply within a few hours. Messages sent outside office hours will be answered by 10:00am the following working day.
For the free consultation call, we typically have availability within three to five working days of your enquiry. During busy periods in September and January, it may take a few days longer.
